Please read these terms of service before commissioning Deathpaw. By commissioning Deathpaw you automatically accept the terms.

GENERAL

● If you are interested in a commission, please send your inquiry to my BlueSky account or my Discord account.
● Please make sure you have all information needed (ref sheets, poses etc..) and ensure that you have permission to use the relevant characters.
● If you require a WIP, then I can show you one if requested. However, if you want to see another WIP on top of that then that will cost 5% of the original price.
● If you are not happy with your final result I will be more than happy to fix it, however if you need too many changes or a major change an extra fee will be required.
● Please do not use my products for mass production without asking me first. If you would like to do this please contact me and we will discuss a profit deal. You are however allowed to make one off items without requiring permission, as long as it’s for personal use only.
● Please do NOT use my products in anything cryptocurrency-related such as NFTs.
● I will be posting my commissions on my BlueSky account. However if you would like me not to that is absolutely okay as long as you make sure to ask me.

PAYMENT

● All payments are currently done through Pay-Pal.
● I require the full payment to be paid upfront. If it is a larger commission I may be open to working a small payment plan.
● I will NOT be working on your commission until the full cost has be paid. This is to stop fraud from occurring.
● All prices are shown in GBP (£), If you require me to convert the cost of the commission into any other currency to help gauge how much it is in your respective currency, I am willing to do so.
● Please refrain from paying until we have figured out exactly what the piece is going to be like.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

● I hold the right to cancel any commission if a client harasses me or I feel uncomfortable with the commission or anything the commissioner does.
● If the client would like to cancel the commission, if the commission has not been started a refund will be possible. However, if the commission has been started a refund will not be possible.

EXTRA INFORMATION

● Artistic freedom pieces are very appreciated.
● Turnaround time can be anything from the same day to around a week depending on how busy I am or if I have any other commissions on my queue.
● If the piece is for a birthday or anniversary, I may be able to finish it in time, but if it’s too tight I will be requiring payment as I would be pushing your commission forward in my queue.
● If the piece is NSFW, please directly contact me, the price will be increased by 20% of the final price, and the piece will not be uploaded on my BlueSky or Ko-fi.

WILL DRAW

● Furries
● Any animal (more complex animals will be more expensive)

WILL NOT DRAW

● Human characters.
● Anything that is consistently illegal.
